Horrible! Do NOT do business with these people! They misdiagnosed our problem charging us hundreds of dollars, when we picked up the vehicle it was in worse condition than when we dropped it off! They touted it needed time to 'work itself out" after a new repair. They did more damage than good and the additional repairs are costing us an another $1000. We attempted to resolve with them but got back a nonchalant I don't care attitude and refused to take responsibility or refund our money from the original repairs gone bad. Take your vehicle somewhere they'll value your business!

Let me start out by saying I wanted to keep my business local and had several shops to choose from. After meeting with 3 different ones I decided to have Pete Coons do the body repair on my vehicle. This soon became one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I will only touch on the "highlights" of my experience. They had my car for almost a month for a job that was quoted at a week time frame and I only got it back because I went there and demanded it. From painting the hood there is over spray on windshield and wipers, engine and everything else under the hood. She admittedly told me they had rigged the grill because she was still waiting on parts. And then after driving it for a couple days my oil light came on, which they supposedly changed, and it was almost empty. On top of that it overheated due to the fact that they didnt plug my fan back after supposedly charging the air conditioner. There were many lies, excuses and the list goes on. I have yet to hear from them about the grill, and I picked my car up on Good Friday. I'm sure my insurance has been charged though. With that said there's no way I would feel comfortable leaving my car with them to replace grill. NEVER AGAIN.
